Terms of Use – Scheer Grills and Parrillas
1. General Conditions
The prices displayed on our website www.scheer.com.br These prices are valid exclusively for online purchases. They may differ from those offered in physical stores. If you complete and your order is approved, any subsequent price changes will not apply to your order. Scheer reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In case of discrepancies in prices in the shopping cart, the lowest price displayed at the time of checkout will always prevail.
Important:
We do not deliver to PO boxes, and we are not responsible for moving products inside properties or establishments. Delivery is considered complete when the product is unloaded from the truck and arrives at the entrance of the property and/or establishment. In the case of apartments and/or condominiums, delivery is considered complete when the product is unloaded from the truck and left at the reception area.
To complete your purchase, you must provide a full address. Some regions of the country may not be served by our delivery partners, and in these cases, the order may not be able to be completed.

2. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices and payment methods are valid only for the website and are effective on the date they are displayed.
2.1 Credit Card
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Elo, and Hypercard.
You will receive email updates for each stage of your order. The delivery timeframe begins from the date the invoice is issued.
Important:
- The cardholder's name must match the name on the card. If there is a discrepancy, the purchase may be subject to further review.
- Check the card's expiration date and security code (CVV):
- Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Elo and Hypercard.: 3 digits on the back.
- American Express: 4 digits on the front of the card.
Regarding purchases made with third-party credit cards: Orders are subject to verification of the cardholder's information. Even for small installments, the total amount cannot exceed the card's limit.
Attention: Processing may take up to 72 hours after approval. During the anti-fraud analysis, which can last up to 3 business days, we may contact you by phone or email. Keep your information updated!
Payment options: Subject to the current policy of the card issuer, payment can be made in up to 10 installments (with or without interest).
2.2 PIX
You can also pay for your purchase in cash via PIX . When finalizing your order, select this option and a QR Code will be generated for immediate payment. A 5% discount is automatically added to your shopping cart when paying via PIX.
Important:
- Payment must be made within 2 hours. after the QR Code is generated.
- After payment confirmation, the order will be released within 1 business day .
- Make sure to make the payment on time to ensure the validity of the order.
4. Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations
4.1 How to Apply
You can request an exchange, return, or cancellation within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Article 49).

4.2 Upon Receiving the Order
Check the packaging and the product upon delivery. If you identify any problems, refuse to accept the delivery and write the reason on the back of the invoice or receipt.
4.3 Return due to buyer's remorse
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days. The product must be returned with all accessories, manual, unused, and in its original packaging.
In case of exchange or defective product, the packaging must ensure safe transport.
4.4 Refund
The timeframe varies depending on the payment method:
- Pix: Refund to the account holder, within up to10 business days.
- Credit card: Refund within two billing cycles , depending on the card issuer, upon confirmation of payment.

5. Deliveries and Shipping
Our partner carriers do not make deliveries inside apartments or houses. Deliveries are only made to the building's entrance or to the front door of the house, when there is free and safe access.
We do not carry items up stairs or use elevators to transport products.
It is essential that there be a responsible person on site to receive the merchandise, check it, and sign the delivery receipt upon arrival.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on the zip code, weight, and dimensions of the product.
Attention: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or locations accessible only by boat or plane.
6. Assembly Policy
Scheer Churrasqueiras does not provide assembly or installation services for the equipment. However, if the customer requires it, we can recommend professionals or partner companies that already work with our products.
Important: The contracting, scheduling, and monitoring of the service are the sole responsibility of the client. Scheer is not responsible for deadlines, costs, quality, or any damages resulting from installations performed by third parties.
7. Cookie and Privacy Policy

8. Discount Coupons
How to use:
- Choose the product and click "Buy".
- In your shopping cart, enter the coupon code and click "OK".
- View the applied discount and proceed with your purchase.
Rules:
- One coupon per order.
- Coupon valid only for the website.
- Not applicable to products not included in the promotion.
- In case of a return, the refunded amount will take into account the applied discount.
- Enter the code exactly as provided (case-sensitive/lowercase).
