Shipping Policy and Delivery Times

Scope and logistics partners:

We serve the entire Brazilian territory through a platform integrated with multiple carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated on the website based on zip code, weight, dimensions, and the shipping method available for your region.

How the deadline is calculated:

The delivery times shown in the shopping cart and at checkout already include production time, when applicable: accessories add 7 business days and grills may add up to 45 business days, varying by model/version. For items in stock, only the shipping time is considered.

Shipping options:

We offer both ground shipping (standard), available nationwide, and air shipping (express), available for eligible regions and dimensions. The availability of each option depends on the postal code, weight, and volume of the product and is displayed at checkout.

Order processing:

The timeline starts counting after payment confirmation. When production is involved, the sequence is: awaiting collection → collection by the carrier → transit → delivery to the address provided.

Delivery and access conditions:

Deliveries occur during business hours, Monday to Friday (and occasionally on Saturdays, depending on the carrier and region). Delivery is made to the ground floor/entrance; hoisting, carrying up stairs, internal movements or disassembly are not included. Charges for unloading products may apply depending on the weight of the equipment and the access conditions of the location; heavy or large volumes may require special unloading (additional equipment/team), generating an extra cost.

Special areas and restrictions:

Addresses located in hard-to-reach, remote areas or areas with restricted circulation may have additional delivery times and/or different costs, which will be informed in the shipping calculation or by our team before shipment.

Attempts to deliver and redeliver:

 The number of delivery attempts and the redelivery policy follow the carrier's rules. Absence of recipient, incorrect/incomplete address, or impediments at the location may result in a new shipping fee and a new delivery time.

Tracking:

After collection, we send a tracking code and/or link to track the order in real time. Updates on the shipment's movements are the responsibility of the carrier.

Conference upon receipt:

Upon delivery, please check the packaging. If there is any visible damage, refuse delivery and take photos. If you identify damage after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours, providing images and your order number, so we can provide support.

Recipient details:

Please verify the address and contact information before finalizing your purchase. Reshipments due to incorrect address, change of address, or absence of the recipient may incur additional costs and a new delivery time.
