When choosing, check the available space and remember to leave at least 1.5 cm of clearance on each side to ensure proper installation and a better finish in the room.

Choose the width of the rotary dial:

The width of the rotisserie corresponds to the internal space available for skewers in the rotisserie system.
Each measurement defines the number of skewers the equipment can hold; the greater the total width of the grill, the more skewers it can accommodate.

Check the sizes:
48.5 cm – holds up to 5 skewers
58.5 cm – holds up to 7 skewers
68.5 cm – holds up to 9 skewers
77.5 cm – holds up to 11 skewers
88.5 cm – holds up to 13 skewers

Therefore, you can choose the ideal model according to the available space and your preparation needs.

Choose the depth of the grill:

The depth of the grill corresponds to the measurement of the skewer inside the equipment.

The models can be 41 cm (usable depth of 36 cm) or 49.5 cm (usable depth of 44 cm).

It's important to remember that the total depth of the barbecue grill is greater than its usable area and should always be checked against the masonry drawing before purchase. See the masonry drawing in the Description section on the product page.

Choose the handle for the skewers:

The choice of skewer handle allows you to customize the finish of your equipment.

You can choose between coated aluminum handles or polished stainless steel handles, depending on your desired style.

The skewer blade is always made of stainless steel, ensuring strength, durability, and hygiene, regardless of the type of handle chosen.

Choose the type of grill for your parrilla:

The choice of grill for your parrilla defines the style and method of preparing your barbecue.

You can choose to:
Argentinian "V" shaped grill with grease collector and frame – ideal for reducing smoke, retaining juiciness and facilitating cleaning.
Round Uruguayan grill – available with a frame (greater finish and stability) or without a frame (more rustic and lightweight look).

The I9 DUE 600 grill delivers the traditional skewer barbecue combined with an automatic grill for excellent grilling in dedicated spaces. Complete and versatile, this model allows you to enjoy great barbecues with family and friends.

It has a rotating grill and automatic griddle with 3 speeds, and is operated by remote control. It also has removable corner pieces and arms, which facilitate cleaning and a clean look.

The stainless steel structure makes this equipment a high-quality and durable barbecue grill.

Includes a set of barbecue skewers, including offal and brisket, and a grill for the modular parrilla, allowing for interchangeability between models.

For greater equipment durability, we recommend:

• Clean after use, but first, let the equipment rest for a few hours so that it cools down naturally;

• When cleaning the grill, do not use sharp objects such as knives, spatulas, etc.

• To clean, apply degreaser and remove the grease with a damp cloth;

• Remove the inverted corner bracket and remove the charcoal ash with a small shovel;

• Do not spray or throw hot or cold water on the equipment or refractory bricks, especially when hot;

• To clean the grill, we recommend cleaning it while it's still hot after use: scrape off any residue with a spatula/brush, then place the grill in hot soapy water and scrub with a steel wool pad to loosen the grease. Rinse and dry immediately.

What is the main difference between the I9 series and the simpler models?The main difference of the I9 line is its modular and clean design with a movable corner bracket without side support bars and removable arms, which facilitate cleaning and provide a modern look to the equipment.

Do you need masonry work?This model is available in masonry and cooktop versions (eliminating the need for masonry). See the cooktop model here (insert link).

Is the I9 DUE 600 a rotisserie grill with a rotating spit?Yes.

What accessories are included with the I9 DUE 600 model?The contents depend on the version purchased. The number of skewers varies according to the size chosen. Learn more in the "What's included with the product" section.

What accessories can I use with this model?Mini skewer, double skewer, triple skewer, 5-prong skewer, Argentine "V" grill with collector (parrilla), round grill for a frame, 3" and 6" rotating grills, drum skewer and vegetable rests (round and "V").

Can I use firewood?No. Use only charcoal.

Are there grill options?Yes. Automatic grill with grate; the grate model can be selected by the customer at the time of purchase, and the grates are interchangeable.

Can it be placed in an uncovered outdoor area?It is not recommended to install it when exposed to the elements/sea air.
