For greater equipment durability, we recommend:

• Clean after use, but first, let the equipment rest for a few hours so that it cools down naturally;

• When cleaning the grill, do not use sharp objects such as knives, spatulas, etc.

• Remove the inverted corner bracket and remove the charcoal ash with a small shovel;

• Do not spray or throw hot or cold water on the equipment or refractory bricks, especially when hot;

• To clean the grill, we recommend cleaning it while it's still hot after use: scrape off any residue with a spatula/brush, then place the grill in hot soapy water and scrub with a steel wool pad to loosen the grease. Rinse and dry immediately.

Do you need masonry work?The cooktop version does not require masonry construction or pre-existing masonry. This version allows the grill to be installed in furniture and countertops using a firebox made of stainless steel and refractory bricks.

Is the DUE 610 Cooktop a rotisserie grill with a rotating spit?Yes.

What accessories are included with the DUE 610 Cooktop model?The contents depend on the version purchased. The number of skewers varies according to the size chosen. Learn more in the "What's included with the product" section.

What accessories can I use with this model?Mini skewer, double skewer, triple skewer, 5-prong skewer, Argentine "V" grill with collector (parrilla), round grill for a frame, 3" and 6" rotating grills, drum skewer and vegetable rests (round and "V").

Can I use firewood?No. Use only charcoal.

Are there grill options?Yes. The grill is fixed; the model can be selected by the customer at the time of purchase, and the grills are interchangeable. It also has space for a grill next to the rotisserie.

Can it be placed in an uncovered outdoor area?It is not recommended to install it when exposed to the elements/sea air.
