Veja Magazine Porto Alegre

 

In this month of April, the magazine Veja in its special edition 2010/2011, awarded the best places to eat and drink in the state capital Porto Alegre.

Among the winners, stands out for the sixth consecutive year the Churrascaria Na Brasa that in its two addresses shows 29 cuts of beef imported from Uruguay and Argentina and also brought from Mato Grosso, Sao Paulo and the countryside. The sequence of meat can be accompanied by a buffet with 25 kinds of salads and other special typical dishes.

Another winner in this category was GALETERIA VENETO. In the last seven years, this churrascaria managed by Caumo family has been chosen by the jury of Porto Alegre Veja magazine as the one who best prepares the “galeto al primo canto”. This special meat comes directly from farms in the Southern Brazilian with less than 40 days, is seasoned with herbs and goes to the barbecue machine until reaches the ideal point, crispy on the outside and tender internally.
